Cookie policy

Which cookies do we use?
This site uses one technical cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your language and stores your theme and cookie preferences in your browser. They are necessary for the site to work and exempt from consent (art. 22.2 LSSI-CE).
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics)
Only if you accept them in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to obtain anonymous usage statistics: pages visited and clicks on phone, WhatsApp or email. It sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies (up to 2 years). If you reject them, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Third-party services
The map on the contact page loads only if you request it by clicking the relevant button; at that point Google may set its own cookies. Links to idealista, habitaclia, fotocasa and WhatsApp take you to sites with their own cookie policies.
How to disable them
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the language cookie, the site will carry on working normally.
