What data we process
This website has no forms and does not collect personal data by itself. We only process the data you voluntarily give us when you call us, message us on WhatsApp or send us an email.
Purpose and legal basis
To deal with your enquiry and, where applicable, provide the services you request. The legal basis is your consent and the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures (art. 6.1 a and b of the GDPR, known in Spain as RGPD).
Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, if a contractual relationship exists, for the applicable legal periods.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Ltd. processes browsing data on our behalf as a data processor. If you contact us via WhatsApp, the WhatsApp (Meta) privacy policy also applies.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@cgfinques.com. You can also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.aepd.es).
